On Monday 14th November 2022, we celebrated World Diabetes Day in school.
We are very proud of two of our pupils - Vlad (P5) and Luke (P6). Both boys were diagnosed with diabetes during the last academic year.
Vlad and Luke have displayed courage and maturity as they tackle the challenges of being diabetic. On Monday, Vlad and Luke explained to their classes how diabetes impacts their daily lives. Well done boys - you are an inspiration to us all!
Vlad’s mum organised a coffee morning in the staff room to raise money for Diabetes UK. Thank you to everyone for their generous donations.
