Primary 3 arrived to school looking wonderful as they were dressed as well known book characters. Everyone brought in their favourite book for a show and tell session. Using the story sacks we explored different books, played games and enjoyed reading. We had a story telling tent where we could sit inside and make up our own stories as well as read 'real' stories.
Later, we shared some stories about animals and then used 'model magic clay' to create our favourite animal character.
We used the iPad to create a class story and we finished the day reading 'Peace at Last.'
What a day!
