World Book Day, Friday 6th March
Carniny were completely immersed in reading activities today centred around the book ‘The Six Legged Spider’. The book is written by local author Tim Bailie and focusses on mental/physical disability and anti-bullying.
Tim himself will be visiting the school on Monday (9th March) to meet and chat to the children.
The School Councillors have chosen the following ‘best dressed’ pupils in each classroom and presented them with a prize at a special assembly.
