Primary 1 are hosting a 4th year student who is developing science in the primary classroom.
Our investigations are based in the theme of Jack and the Beanstalk.
Jack lost his golden egg and using close up pictures of materials we followed the clues and found a real baby chick!
So far we have explored materials, how they feel and what they can be used for.
Then we planted beans and varied the growing conditions. We are looking forward to seeing what bean will grow best.
