This morning P1 were learning all about the sound ‘j’. We thought of lots of different words which have our new sound like jungle, jump and of course, jelly! We made jelly together using hot water and watched the jelly cubes dissolve and the water turn a different colour. While we waited for it to set we learned a new song and practiced writing ‘j’.
We had lots of fun this morning but the best part was eating our orange jelly! 🥣
