P1 has been very busy this week working on their new topic 'The Polar Lands.' We have learned all about different polar animals and played with these in the 'snow.' We also had a go at painting polar animals. On Friday, we went out for a lovely winter walk and wrapped up really warm. We even enjoyed a hot chocolate with marshmallows afterwards to warm up our hands! During Golden Time, we investigated ice eggs in groups and tried to melt the eggs to save the animals trapped inside. We had so much fun!
