The Girls’ football team had a tournament today. After qualifying for the finals we ended up being eliminated by goal difference in the semi final.
We were defeated against Moorfields (1-0), before beating Groggan, Buick and Camphill (1-0) and drew against St Colmcilles (0-0).
This qualified us for the semi final where we drew with Kells (0-0) before being eliminated by goal difference.
Congratulations to the girls who battled hard and gave their best.
