The Football team participated in the Owen Daley 7 a side tournament on Friday afternoon.
The team qualified undefeated from their group and met St Colmcilles PS in the semi final. Unfortunately we ended up losing out on penalties… always a tough and very unlucky way to go!
We did not concede throughout the tournament.
We recorded victories against Moorfields, St Brigits, Ballymena, Broughshane and The Diamond. We also drew against Buick Memorial.
A very encouraging start to the footballing season, with some very slick football being played! Well done to all involved.
