Co-op Visit P7S to talk about Fairtrade

Today in P7S we had a really great treat.  Nick form the local Co-op store in Ballymena came into talk to the children all about Fairtrade.

The children enjoyed a great presentation from Nick and learned lots of facts about Fairtrade and the part Co-op have played in it. Nick also brought into school a basket with lots of Fairtrade products to show the children.  Even better than this however,  Nick gave away some Fairtrade, Co-op chocolate to the winners of a group quiz. 

The children all really enjoyed the whole presentation.  Thank you so much to Nick and Co-op Ballymena for you time, effort and of course for the lovely chocolate!
