To further develop the ICT skills of our pupils at Carniny P.S. we have a P7 program of Digital Leaders. Digital Leaders are a small team of pupils who develop and support ICT throughout Carniny PS.
As part of a team, a Digital Leader can expect to perform the following roles within school:
- Manage iPads e.g. update software, update apps, manage storage etc.
- Test new apps for iPads.
- Share their skills and expertise with other pupils, classes and teachers.
- Lead assemblies on the role of the Digital Leaders and eSafety.
If your child is interested in applying for the position of Digital Leader, please complete the below application form and upload it to the P3/4 section of Home Learning by Wednesday 17th June. Please ensure all application form uploads are set to private, so only I can view them.
We expect there will be a lot of interest in these positions and anticipate that the children will enjoy this role, so do please ensure applications are in by the due date!
A list of the successful applicants will be posted to the News section of the school website on Friday 19th June.
