What a treat when we were visited this morning in P5 by Patricia from the Livestock & Meat Commission. She spoke to us about food hygiene, healthy eating and the importance of choosing NI Farm Quality Assured produce when buying food in the supermarket. All this while she demonstrated the cooking of a dish called Chinese Five Spice With Noodles. The smell was mouth-watering and everyone who wanted had an opportunity to taste the dish. Each pupil was given a pencil and a lovely book containing fun activities and a selection of recipes. Have fun trying some of these.
