P1 Ditch the Dark

P1 had a brilliant day dressing up and finding out how to stay safe in the dark.

We came to school wearing bright clothes, reflective clothing, wigs, glow sticks, face paint and lights. We listened to a story about staying safe in the dark and then shared our ideas about how to protect ourselves.

Mrs McCombe had a feely bag with a torch, head torch and reflective jumper. We closed the curtains and enjoyed finding out who could be easily seen in the dark!
